Result of General Meeting

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM:IHC), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held at 14.00 p.m. today, all resolutions set out in the Circular dated 5 September 2019 were duly passed. Application has been made for 7,713,302 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission and dealings in the 7,713,302 New Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:00 a.m. on 24 September 2019.

Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 38,380,850 Ordinary Shares; no shares are held in treasury. The above figure of 38,380,850 Ordinary Shares may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

A summary of the votes received will be made available on the Group's website at www.inspiration-healthcare.com. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular sent to shareholders of the Company on 5 September 2019.
