Eskom hereby notifies its debt investorsthat it will be hosting a global investor call to take place on Thursday, 09 June 2022 at 16h00 to 17h00 (SAST).
The purpose of the global investor call is to provide an update on the Transmission Unbundling, further to the global investor call on 18 February 2022, and is available to Eskom investors only.
Investors interested to participate are requested to register athttps://forms.office.com/r/t9unrp6bSg by no later than 13h00 (SAST) on Thursday, 09 June 2022. Once Eskom receives registration details, the access link for the global investor call will be emailed to the registrant.
The presentation will be published on Eskom's website at https://www.eskom.co.za/investors/investorpresentations/ from the commencement of the global investor call.
