Springfield Properties plc (AIM:SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland offering private and affordable housing, announces that it has been notified that Mr Colin Rae, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 September 2019. Following this purchase, Mr Rae holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
