B&S publishes convening notice for adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on December 15, 2022

Following the receipt of a request from shareholders together holding at least 10% of the issued and outstanding share capital of B&S to adjourn the EGM, as announced in a press release on November 8, 2022, the Executive Board of B&S adjourned the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of November 17, 2022, while in session. Today B&S publishes the convening notice for the adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on December 15, 2022 13:30 CET.
