Change of Name

Highlands, the London listed vertically integrated CBD and natural resources company, announces that the name of the Company has been changed to Zoetic International plc with immediate effect.

The Company will commence trading tomorrow under its new name with the TIDM changed to ZOE.

The ISIN remains unchanged as GB00BWC4X262. Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name.
