Transfer of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

James Latham announces that, on 9 September 2019, it transferred 200,000 of its Treasury Shares into the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme in order to provide shares to satisfy the requirements of the Company's share option schemes. 259,200 ordinary shares remain held in Treasury.

Following this transfer, the total number of voting rights is 19,900,800. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
