Strategy Update and Notice of Results
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, will announce its results for the year ended 31 May 2019 in mid-to-late October 2019. The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 November 2019.
As previously announced, the Board has been undertaking a strategic review of its telecoms antenna operations. The Board has concluded that a sale of this business activity is its preferred option. A sale process for this business activity is in progress and further updates will be provided as and when appropriate.
