EXECUTED BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Luxembourg - July 24th , 2023 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (following "DIS" or the "Company") announces today that during the period between July 17 th and July 21st, 2023, n. 127,000 own shares (representing 0.102% of the outstanding share capital of the Company) were repurchased on the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at the average price of Euro 3.4439 and for a total consideration of Euro 437,377.75.

As at July 21st, 2023, d'Amico International Shipping S.A. holds nr. 2,390,855 own shares, representing 1.93% of its outstanding share capital.

The transactions were made and coordinated by an independent equity broker duly engaged for this purpose, Equita SIM S.p.A., in compliance with the Board of Directors resolution of June 14 th, 2023, and under the authorization to purchase own shares approved by DIS Shareholders' extraordinary meeting held on June 13th, 2023 (as reminded by means of a press release issued on June 14th, 2023).
