Luxembourg – 4 August 2023 – SMG European Recovery SPAC SE announces that as of 1 August 2023, the proportion of own shares held by SMG European Recovery SPAC SE has reached 59,12 % of the total number of voting rights.

The above proportion has been calculated on the basis of 8,498,329 own shares out of 14,375,000 shares in issue to which voting rights are attached.
