EXECUTED BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Luxembourg - September 11th , 2023 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (following "DIS" or the "Company") announcestoday that during the period between September 4 th and September 8 th , 2023, n. 119,000 own shares (representing 0.096% of the outstanding share capital of the Company) were repurchased on the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at the average price of Euro 4.2352 and for a total consideration of Euro 503,986.27.

As at September 8 th , 2023, d'Amico International Shipping S.A. holds nr. 3,091,355 own shares, representing 2.49% of its outstanding share capital.

The transactions were made and coordinated by an independent equity broker duly engaged for this purpose, Equita SIM S.p.A., in compliance with the Board of Directors resolution of June 14 th, 2023, and under the authorization to purchase own shares approved by DIS Shareholders' extraordinary meeting held on June 13th, 2023 (as reminded by means of a press release issued on June 14th, 2023).
