Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that the Crescent Trust, a charitable trust which is closely associated with a Director, namely Sir John Lewis (chairman of the board), purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Friday, 30 August 2019.

Following the purchase, the Crescent Trust is beneficially interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
