Adler Group S.A.: Auditor firm declares willingness to audit the standalone and consolidated financial statements of Adler Group S.A. for the fiscal year 2022

Luxembourg, 16 October 2023 – Adler Group S.A. ("Adler Group") announces that AVEGA Revision S.à r.l. today declared its willingness to be appointed as auditor for the standalone and the consolidated financial statements of Adler Group for the fiscal years 2022 and 2023.

The appointment of AVEGA Revision S.à r.l. is to be resolved at the general meeting of Adler Group on 27 November 2023. The general meeting will be convened in due time.
