Further to the announcement dated 7 August 2019, the Company announces that Simon Wombwell resigned as a non-executive director of the Company on 1 September 2019. The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Simon for his contribution to the Company over the past seven years. William (Bill) Holland was appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 1 September 2019.
