FILING AND STORAGE OF THE THIRD INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30th 2023

Luxembourg – November 09 th, 2023 - d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (hereinafter "DIS" or the "Company"), a leading international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces today that the Third Interim Management Statement of the Company, as of 30th September 2023, approved by the Board of Directors on November 9 th 2023, is available to the public, in its integral version, at DIS registered office and on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.damicointernationalshipping.com).

The Third Interim Management Statement has been also filed with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and stored at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE circuit (www.borsaitaliana.it) and Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg S.A. (www.bourse.lu) in its quality of DIS Officially Appointed Mechanism (OAM).

From today also this press release is available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website, filed with CSSF, disclosed through the e-market SDIR circuit and stored at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE system and at Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg S.A. in its quality of OAM.
