The Company received notification on 28 August 2019 that, on that date, 35,997,327 Andrews Sykes  ordinary shares (representing 85.35 per cent of the Andrews Sykes ordinary shares in issue) legally held by EOI Sykes Sarl had been transferred to HSBC Global Custody Nominee UK Limited for nil consideration. There is no change in the beneficial ownership, nor control of the voting rights, of these shares as a result of this transfer.
