Annual General Meeting

ECO Animal Health Group plc announces the publication of its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the “AGM Notice”) and Form of Proxy for the 2019 Annual General Meeting on The Company’s website:

The Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of N + 1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX on Thursday 19th September at 2pm.

A hard copy version of the AGM Notice and the Form of Proxy have been sent to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
