Revised 2019 Annual Report and Accounts and Reconvened 2019 AGM

Renold announces that further to the notification made earlier today, the revised Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 has been posted to shareholders.

Renold has also posted to shareholders the notice reconvening the 2019 annual general meeting (adjourned on 17 July 2019) and form of proxy for use at the reconvened annual general meeting, along with an accompanying letter from the Chairman.

Please note that any previous form of proxy that a shareholder has submitted in respect of the annual general meeting which was adjourned on 17 July 2019 will NOT be valid for the reconvened Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 September 2019.

Accordingly, if ordinary shareholders wish to appoint a proxy to vote for them at the reconvened annual general meeting, they must complete and return the proxy form accompanying the notice of reconvened annual general meeting.

An electronic copy of the revised 2019 Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of the reconvened 2019 annual general meeting are available for download from the Company's website at www.investors.renold.com.

The reconvened 2019 annual general meeting will be held at 11.00am on 20 September 2019 at the Manchester International Office Centre, Styal Road, Wythenshawe M22 5WB.
