Result of AGM

James Latham announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Following the passing of Resolution 10, the Company will now cancel the 391,115 £1 8% preference shares which are currently held in Treasury.  After the cancellation of these preference shares, the Company will have 595,811 preference shares in issue.
