Concern: Publication delay of the audited annual financial reports of the issuer KSG Agro S.A. (E957).

In observance of the requirements of articles 3 and 4 of the Transparency Law, mandating the issue of annual financial reports at the latest four months after the end of each financial year, we hereby inform you that the audits of both stand-alone and consolidated annual accounts of KSG AGRO S.A. as at 31 December 2023 are expected to be completed in the coming weeks and that publication of the audited accounts is expected in May 2024.

We clearly grant priority to this, and you can trust that we will do our best to file the annual financial reports within the best delay.
