H2APEX adjusts revenue forecast for 2024 due to time lag in recognition of revenues

Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, 26 November 2024 – Based on current developments, H2APEX Group SCA ("H2APEX") adjusts its revenue forecast for the fiscal year 2024, which was provided in the 2023 Group Annual Report. H2APEX now expects revenues in the fiscal year 2024 of at least EUR 28 million, while the 2023 Group Annual Report contained a forecast of revenues in the fiscal year 2024 between EUR 35 million and EUR 40 million.

On the basis of the order backlog, H2APEX continues to expect a sales volume corresponding to the original forecast. However, the revenues are expected to be spread over a longer period of time, so that it is now expected that not all of these revenues can be booked in the fiscal year 2024, as originally assumed, but will instead be booked in the fiscal year 2025.
