d'AMICO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING S.A. SECURES DECADE-LONG RENEWAL OF IRISH TONNAGE TAX REGIME, FOR D'AMICO TANKERS D.A.C.
Luxembourg – December 19th , 2024 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS) (the "Group" or "DIS"), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, is pleased to announce that its fully-owned operating subsidiary, d'Amico Tankers D.A.C. (Ireland) ("d'Amico Tankers" or the "Company"), which controls all the Group's vessels, has successfully renewed its participation in the Irish tonnage tax regime. The renewal will be effective from 01 January 2024 and will remain in force for a period of 10 years, until 31 December 2033.
