Subject: Inside information – Cessation of share buy-back program

Dear Shareholders,

Reference is made to the share buy-back program of Fotex Holding S.E. (hereinafter: the "Company") based on the authorization granted by the general meeting of the shareholders of the Company dated 3rd May, 2021 with respect to the buy-back of the ordinary shares of the Company (ISIN: LU2057892510) (the share buy-back program hereinafter referred to as: the "Program").

We hereby inform you that, having achieved its goals, the buy-back program will come to an end on 31st January, 2025. Following that date, the Company will not buy back further shares under the Program.
