Luxembourg–18 February 2025 – HomeToGo SE announces that as of 17 February 2025, the proportion of own shares held by HomeToGo SE has reached 3.67 %, falling below the 5% threshold, of the total number of voting rights.

This above proportion has been calculated on the basis of 6.622.124 own shares out of 180.263.982 shares in issue to which voting rights are attached.
