Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Nicholas Beaumont-Dark has acquired 168,449 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Share Purchases") and that his shareholding in the Company is now over 5 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. Mr Beaumont-Dark held 4.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital prior to the Share Purchases and now holds 1,062,499 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.74 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
