Posting of Shareholder Circular

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, further to the announcements of 2 August 2019, confirms that a circular setting out details of its proposed placing to raise £3.5 million (gross of expenses) (the "Placing") was posted to shareholders (the "Circular") on 5 August 2019. Accompanying the Circular is a notice of general meeting to be held in connection with the Placing, to be held at the offices of Freeths LLP, 3rd Floor, The Colmore Building, Colmore Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B4 6AT at 12:00 p.m. on 21 August 2019.
