Gusbourne Plc announces a change of information in relation to Mr Ian Robinson, a non-executive director, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mr Robinson is a non-executive director of QNV Holdings Pty Limited, which entered into administration on 6 August 2019.
