Further to its announcement of 13 June 2019 regarding the appointment of Christopher Satterthwaite as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, the board of Zinc Media (the "Board") confirms that the orderly handover period with outgoing chairman Peter Bertram has concluded. Consequently, Peter has stepped down from the Board and resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board thanks Peter for his contribution to the Group and wishes him every success for the future.
