Confirmation of first interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2020
Landsec today confirms that the first interim dividend for the 2019/20 financial year will be 11.6p per Ordinary Share and will be paid on 4 October 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 September 2019. The dividend will be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution. The last date for DRIP elections is 13 September 2019.
