Intention to launch offers for subscription

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Companies")

The boards of the Companies are pleased to announce that they intend to launch offers for subscription for new ordinary shares (the "Offers") in the current 2019/20 tax year.

The prospectus, which will contain the full details and terms and conditions of the Offers, is planned to be available in the autumn.
