Notification on share price set

Gazprom was notified that Gazprom Gerosgaz Holdings B.V. (the Netherlands) and Rosingaz Limited (Cyprus), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Gazprom (the "Sellers"), as a result of the collection of bids on Moscow Exchange for the sale of 693,627,848 ordinary shares of PJSC Gazprom, set the sale price of RUB 200.5 per ordinary share.
