First Day of Dealings

Following the publication of its prospectus on 19 July 2019, BSF Enterprise Plc is pleased to announce the admission of its entire issued share capital to the Official List of the UKLA by way of a standard listing under Chapter 14 of the UKLA's Listing Rules and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the 'Admission').

The Company also completed a placing of 15,340,000 shares. Dealings will commence at 08.00 am on 26 July 2019. The Company's ISIN is GB00BHNBDQ51, SEDOL number is BHNBDQ5 and ticker symbol is BSFA.
