Important events to be reported: PARTIAL WAIVER OF CREDIT FACILITY WITH BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE SA Franklin Templeton Investment Management Ltd. United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("the Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that the Fund decided on 25 July 2019 to partially waive the existing credit facility ("Credit Facility"). The permitted use of the Credit Facility is for general corporate and operational use and has a new maximum committed amount of RON 45,000,000. The Fund may access, subject to the Bank's approval and in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Facility, additional financing in excess of the said committed amount, without exceeding a total amount of RON 245,000,000 at any given time.
