Amati AIM VCT plc (the 'Company')

Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 26 July 2019 it allotted 380,678 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 155.9p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend re-investment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 1 August 2019. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website http://amatiglobal.com/amat_literature.php.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 89,261,347.
