Notification of transactions by Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following persons discharging managerial responsibility were granted awards under the Watches of Switzerland Group PLC 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan. The awards were granted in the form of nil cost options and vest by reference to a three- year cumulative EPS (pre-exceptionals and pre IFRS 16 adjustment)  performance measure with 20% of the award vesting at a cumulative EPS of 62.11p and 100% of the award vesting at a cumulative EPS of 68.65p.Options vest on a straight line basis between those targets.
