PDMR Dealing

Photo‐Me, the instant‐service equipment group, was notified on 19 July 2019 that Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.27p per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). 

Following the Transaction, Mr Crasnianski holds an interest in 84,810,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.44 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total number of voting rights is 378,011,637.
