Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2019 of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on 30 August 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 July 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 25 July 2019.
