Adjournment of Annual General Meeting 2019

Renold announces that in accordance with the intention expressed in its announcement of 9 July 2019, the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today has been adjourned.

Notice of a revised time and date for the 2019 AGM will be notified in due course and it is expected that the 2019 AGM will be held no later than 30 September 2019.
