NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc announces that a general meeting of shareholders (the "GM") will be held on Thursday, 8 August 2019 at 10:00 am BST at 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU. 

Shareholders can view the meeting details at www.schroders.co.uk/sereit from today.

The date on which South African shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the GM is Friday, 2 August 2019, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 30 July 2019.
