PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 11 July 2019 it purchased 38,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 140.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 88,912,955 ordinary shares in issue.
