Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed by Nicholas Beaumont-Dark that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), his shareholding in the Company is now over 4 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. Mr Beaumont-Dark's current shareholding in the Company is now 894,050 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.83 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
