PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 4 July 2019 it purchased 109,973 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 141.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 88,950,955 ordinary shares in issue.
