Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 30 June 2019, 50,000 options over ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Gillian Wilmot, Non-Executive Chairman, and 150,000 options over Ordinary Shares were granted to Phillip Blundell, Chief Financial Officer, both under the ZOO Digital Group unapproved share option scheme (together, the "Options").  

The Options have an exercise price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share and shall vest and become exercisable over the next 3 years in the ratio of 40% in year 1, 30% in year 2 and 30% in year 3, subject to continued employment only.

The Options are equivalent to 0.24 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Following this grant of options, the total number of options over Ordinary Shares will be 6,841,318.
