Total Voting Rights and Home Member State

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1A and 6.4.2, the Company announces the following information.

1)   As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 239,455,554 ordinary shares of £0.0125 each, all with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.

2)   For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Home Member State of the Company is the United Kingdom.
