Application to admit shares to the Official List
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 5,450,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
2,700,000 Shares are being reserved under a listing and will be issued pursuant to the following share schemes:

| Barratt Developments Long-term Performance Plan | 2,200,000 |
| Barratt Developments Deferred Bonus Plan | 500,000 |
2,750,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 27th June 2019.
