Director dealings

Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that Jerry Randall, Chief Executive Officer, today gifted for nil consideration, 20,400 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his grandchildren.

Furthermore, Mr Randall transferred 47,600 Ordinary Shares into his ISA and 47,600 Ordinary Shares into his wife, Anne Randall's ISA account. These transfers were facilitated by way of a sale and repurchase at a price of 41.2 pence per Ordinary Share. Additionally, Alfie Randall Mr Randall's son and therefore a person closely associated with him, transferred 10,200 Ordinary Shares into his Junior ISA account via a sale and repurchase at a price of 41.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr Randall is interested in 3,910,729 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
