Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited (the "Company"), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the technology sector in Europe and/or Asia is pleased to announce that Simon James Retter has joined the board of directors with effective from 13 May 2019.

Simon specialises in corporate finance transactions including numerous London Stock Exchange market flotations, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, finance and internal controls assurance and brings with him a wealth of experience in running both public and private enterprises.

There is no further information on Simon James Retter required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
