Director Shareholding

M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 11 June 2019 that on 10 June 2019 Lord Maurice Saatchi (executive director of the Company) sold 84,068 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 356.5 pence per share. At the same time, on 20 June 2019 The Lord Saatchi SIPP (pension fund), in which Lord Maurice Saatchi has a beneficial interest, bought 84,068 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 356.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, there is no change in Lord Maurice Saatchi's interest in M&C, which amounts to a total holding of 4,127,060 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 4.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
