Notice of EGM

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, NEX: WSBN), the precious metals trading and exploration company today announces that it will be holding an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ("EGM") on 2nd July 2019 at 10:00am (CET) at Suite 16, Watergardens 5, Waterport Wharf, Gibraltar. The EGM is being held to seek approval for the adoption of new Articles of Association and the authority to issue shares other than by way of pre-emption, which the Directors consider is in the best interests of the Company both to finance its existing operations and to consider further opportunities.
