PAO Severstal ("Severstal", the "Company") (LSE: SVST; MICEX-RTS: CHMF), one of the world's leading vertically integrated steeland steelrelated mining companies, announces that a resolution on payment of a dividend for thethree months ended 31 March 2019 was passed at the Company's ExtraordinaryGeneralMeeting ("EGM") held on 7 June 2019.
Severstal's shareholders approved the payment ofa dividend of 35 .43 rubles per share for thethree months ended 31 March 2019. The record datefor this dividend payment is 18 June 2019.
