Dividend Declaration

As stated in the Company's Results Announcement today, the Company proposes to pay a final dividend of 6.4 pence per share in respect of the twelve months ended 31 March 2019, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting.  If approved, the dividend will be paid on 2 August 2019 to shareholders on the register as of 5 July 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 4 July 2019.
